Opportunity for a Part-time Office Manager

16 – 20 hours per week, flexible hours and days, with opportunity to expand duties & work

Salary: £ 20,000 – 30,000 pa, pro-rata, 8% company pension contribution and free lunch.  Location: Design Works, William Street, Gateshead, NE10 0JP.

Main duties and responsibilities

Book keeping, raising invoices, paying invoices and payroll, chasing debtors
Sending equipment for calibration
Co-ordinating credit card statements
Downloading bills
Managing fleet insurance and organising maintenance
Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) for clients
CHAS, ConstructionLine, Builders Profile submissions
Ordering office supplies
Onboarding new people into the company
Sending customer satisfaction surveys to customers
Light general admin activities – post, processing cheques

Maintaining and updating the quality system
